Q 1: Can I get sample before placing an order?
A 1:Of course ,we are glad to provide sample for you, but you need to bear the freight and sample cost.
However, the sample cost can be 100% refundable once you place an order in the future.
Q 2: Is your material UV engineered, eco-friendly? Are your materials harmful to human beings?
A 2: Sure, our materials are environmental-friendly, maintenance free and weather-proof.
There are no toxic chemicals and we have gotten the certification of ISO9001,
ISO14001 and EU REACH.
Q 3: what is your payment terms?
A 3: We accept payment by T/T and L/C. 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery.
Q 4: Does your product has a warranty?
A 4: Certainly, all our materials are flame-retardant, fade-resistant for at least three years
and can be used for five years.
Q 5: Could you please tell me your lead time ?
A 5: It depends on the amount. We can supply 200,000 pieces per month.
For small quantity, the lead time will be one week.
For large quantity, the lead time will be one month.
